Hi, has anyone used a company to collect the mortgage, pay the seller in a seller financing deal, pay the taxes and creat the tax forms at year end? Any recommendations? I am in the state of missouri. 

I've always found the background check services do not do a thorough job so I always overlay that service with my own gumshoe due diligence  (talking directly to immediate supervisors, ensuring the previous "landlord" owns the property, checking social media, etc.).Never rely exclusively on these services. 

You shouldn't have to go back to the attorney again for a whole new note.You should ask your attorney about servicing requirements and maybe docs on how to sell the loan, forclose on the loan and anything else you can anticipate you might have to do.
