I quit my manufacturing job in September due to health issues.

I still have a W2 (Frequent travel...) so self-management isn't my plan for now.I also have a couple of pieces of property in North Georgia that I would like to build out with a small single-family home or even a manufactured home.

Just because you found licensed and bonded AC contractor that has a lower price doesn't mean you found a reputable one that will do the job properly.

They face willful negligence lawsuits.So I doubt anyone is going to simply walk away from this.But I agree it could be an opportunity for a new investor.Except reputation is in tatters,and any new management will need to first surmount that marketing disaster.

Generally speaking if your gut tells you otherwise, then leave the situation and source out other reputable funding sources.
