My wife makes fresh sugar free strawberry and strawberry/raspberry jams each year so we put one of those in there.

I would say he is going for a "lemons to lemonade" but since he is careful to show his children toting around boxes and looking confused I believe he is again playing the victim.

Earlier this month, Lemonade was still quoting renters.Has the tenant tried getting it from the same company they insure their car with?

I am guessing you like the numbers you see in Strawberry Mansion and Norristown (Montco not Philly) but do you know for a fact that at those numbers, you can do a full gut rehab and be at a number that will allow you to profit, and along the way make some sizable mistakes especially if this is your first project . . . 

We actually keep a pantry pretty well stocked with basics:  tea, coffee, cleaning supplies & laundry stuff, cup of noodles, ramen, soup, oatmeal packets, microwave popcorn, spices, bottled water, lemonade mix/crystal light, etc.  

Well when life puts lemons in your mailbox, make lemonade with them.
