Hello, I recently had a wholesaler come to me looking to use me as an agent for his novation.

Any advice would be appreciated, especially from those who’ve dealt with similar situations.I have not had a direct conversation with this person yet so details I don’t have much, but I was told that they will be reaching out to me.

I've also seen a lot of refugee investors switch to me. 

Do you know of any lenders that would offer a 2nd lien loan to me in my situation?

found it off market. i drove by it to and from my gym. was finally able to convince the owner to sell it to me.

No lease agreement is available to me.
