I'm trying to figure out how to get to 75% LTV in just a year--seems tough to me otherwise in a lot of cases You now only have to put 5% for owner occupied 2-4 unit property so their is really not the motivation or need to reinstate your FHA eligibility by paying off a FHA purchase as their used to be when you had to put down 25% for an owner occupied conventional loan ona 2-4 unit.

Since the heating was outdated I asked to get forced air AC + Heating with duct installed (This sounded unachievable to me as well)To my surprise my agent argued with me saying that they would not accept any conditions and did not put an offer in the end.Am I being unreasonable or should I change my realtor?
