End of the day U will probably just chalk it up to cost of doing bizz and being successful in that bizz and move on..

The only consultants I know are people who spend years in the trenches with lots of battle wounds to show for it, and transition into consulting as an exit plan, or because they are so passionate about their industry or line of work that they just can't walk away.

can U be more specific as to what makes you nervous is the reason your even talking to them because of 100% financing and low fico ?? 

Currently the charge is way over the city's cost.With U of Scranton, Penn State Worthington, Marywood U, Johnson College and Lackawanna CC in our immediate area, it is a major student draw. 

U can easily identify private carry back mortgages ..
