Well a partner and I are looking to turn one of his properties into a transitional home to help the alcohol and drug abuse its a 4 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath I have no idea!

(We can debate alcohol as a social lubricant another time and whether or not it really makes me more charming).After a while, I would talk to the same 3-4 people each time and eventually friendships - and later, business partnerships - blossomed.  

If I only had the money back that I spent on alcohol when I was enlIsted and a junIor offIcer!

You probably know this already but just for the sake of anyone reading this thread who doesn't... regarding electrical: that 70A panel will need to be replaced, especially if it's Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) , Zinsco, GTE-Sylvania, Westinghouse, or contains any stab-loc breakers (usually with with red stickers) which fail to trip and are prone to starting fires. 70A is not enough for modern power consumption as it is, 100A is now the minimum per code, or even better upgrade to 150A or even 200A service since you have AC.

PM and I have discussed raising this fixed amount though if the consumption's being exploited as you mentioned.

A couple things to consider:The infrastructure was designed to support a specific development (number of parcels, certain square footage and/or water consumption). 

Push a button, get a ride, watch a movie, deliver groceries and alcohol.

If the seller uses the proceeds of the monetization loan for consumption purposes (including buying a primary residence, which in itself would not be considered a business purpose as it is personal property) then it's more difficult to see how one could justify the interest writeoff. 

The cost for this event is going to be $90 per person and will include 2 hours of golf, snack foods, non-alcoholic beverages, and a lifetime membership card.
