I have a shed on-site, so I can store the existing appliances for free.

Im not the one calling the trades and making sure they show up to the job-site.

The legacy property we want to leave to the kids is tougher.   4 multis.  3 are together so can support on-site mgt. 

Mobil homes manufactured off site (usually half's) and can be portable or have fixed foundations.

.: This is what I did for a cabin I built in Gatlinburg:  We took a few royalty-free photos of the area off of the internet, and submitted them to an art site online whereby they make a painting of the photo.  

And as far as social media goes, there are more than 2.2 billion active users on the site every day.

I'm still reviewing the site and looks good so far.

The contractor's insurance is likely a general liability policy and would not afford any coverage to the building itself or materials to be used on site or in-transit.As for if the contractor doesn't perform, that would not be covered through insurance.

They need to be cleaned regularly, the remote will be damaged or lost, parts or not reguarly available to HVAC contractors(if you can find one to work on them) especially the DIY Mr.
