.: a couple of potential things to consider Instead of Subject-To, convert to a Wraparound Note:Buyer pays you directly.I continue to make payments to the underlying lender.Privet or Hard Money Bridge loan:If neither Buyer or Myself can refinance quickly:Ill use a short-term private/hard money loan to pay off the underlying mortgage.Once paid, the bank no longer has leverage.Then I can always negotiate reinstatement of the loan most banks will not accelerate a loan that is preforming on time in my experience.
