The smaller one looks like about a 20x20, meaning 20 meat patties and 20 slices of cheese.

Also the house has some quirks--a 1955 Cape with one normal size bedroom and two small bedrooms, small bathrooms that can only fit a 4 foot shower enclosure (no tub, some people care about this, some people do not), detached one car garage...what I will have to overcome is that people in my area spending that much for a house want a big McMansion on their four acres, not a charming 1950s stone cottage.

This same investor bought a cottage on the coast, let's say La Jolla San Diego for 200k as well.

We are wanting to put a truck stop, drop lot, and truck wash for starters,(phase1)Then reach out restaurant vendors, like red lobster, smoking bones, Bahama Breeze, Cheese cake factor and so on.

-Another violation was for an illegal build out of a cottage behind the main house, (But there is a Certificate of Occupancy issued for that build out) All these unknowns are keeping me in a limbo about my offer which I've submitted and I've never worked / dealt with Union City.
