Furnish it with decent furniture from Cost Plus or Pier 1, and furnish glasses and dishes and pot/pans etc, then try for a family who is transferring in or an upscale or corporate type.

If the days are too hot, the past may dry-out before it has an opportunity to leach the oil.When you wash your paste away, scrub the spot with water and Dawn dish liquid.I've had fairly good results with this method of cleaning up after leaky student vehicles.

I leave a package of soap in each dish in the bathroom tubs and sinks (or if there are soap dispensers make sure these are filled) and leave a small bottle of dish washing liquid by kitchen sink/small box of those dishwasher pellets in rental properties with dishwashers.
