I look up the owner to see if it's this guy (it's not - it's a widow) and get in contact with her and she tells me someone is going to buy it for 25K and she's waiting for him to secure financing. 

As well as you know how to do different types of renovation projects such as "concrete to decks, to widows, siding, roofing...etc" this is versatility, compared to other contractors that only focus on one field, this could the investors benefit from.How would I build a clientele?
