I think the utilities ding poor people's credit report for some racket they do, so I no longer view a $1500 charged off cell bill to be a consideration.  

Lol I would say that the cage is a decent deterrent though, as it takes a bit more racket to get to the unit... 

Seems like a racket to me.I was with Farmers for a few years, switched to an independent broker who was able to destroy Farmers Fire policy rates.

The home inspection for most cases has become a racket with minimal results other than to scare inexperienced home buyers with pages and pages of template material. 

I've tried but, the parties involved are all Mormon and work from a web of in-penetratable exposing this massive Racketeering/fraud.This is means of acquiring massive amounts of real estate leaving their family on the streets with no means to fight them.

Don't get me wrong, I think title insurance is generally a racket, but I can understand why they want to charge the same whether it's bundled or not.

The part about requiring you post the formation in the newspapers is a freakin' racket - IMHO.
