Sure, the father can sign on the "investor" line and just shuttle the funds and emails to the son-in-law, but this is impersonation (ie. getting a different person to sign for you).

If they can't add stops, I guess they could run shuttles from either of those stations.   

Competition is different too, 1-4 won't ever require that you tear out a few units to provide game rooms, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, one new complex here has a theater, bar, snack/coffee bar, kids playroom, free Wi-Fi and a shuttle bus!!!

Being his most reasonably trustworthy friend, I agreed to be the "at home" support network for his adventure, ie sending him mail drops, paying his bills from his bank account, shuttling him to the starting point and doing some pickups, etc.

We took an old senior living shuttle bus and converted it into a sweet #vanlife conversion which is a lifestyle that has been trending for a while now.

For Air BNB I guess you guys should brainstorm what attributes are important to vacationers heading up this way, like privacy, views, cable/cell service, proximity to the ski areas or downtown, ease of approach road + driveway, ability to add sleeping #'s, shuttle to skiing etc.

They had regular shuttles and the complex had lots of amenities but the location made it not the first choice of those looking for housing. 

Some resorts/counties/towns/hotels/condos have free or inexpensive shuttle services to the mountain.
