For example last month i was charged $250 to put salt on the steps and sidewalks. 

I would just have to take out my fence but what is the process of getting the sidewalk cut?

I would need to cut the curb on the side walk to create the entrance into the parking lot as well as pour the asphalt/cement into the lot and create parking spaces.I know there are permits and levels of approvals needed to begin, I just want to get a list of companies that can do this type of work.
