Next time I go back to CA for any length of time will hopefully be to buy a 2nd home or multi-unit (keeping one apartment for personal use), and I won't be bringing any stuff except for a small suitcase.  

I just sold a 6-plex near suitcase city in Tampa for $185k, it was a really rough neighborhood and they weren't many customers for it, only those willing to put up with the headaches that come with that area.

Essentially it's the same as taking a $100 suitcase & filling it with $50,000 of cocaine & then selling the suitcase to someone for $50,000.

I've been contracting around the United States for over 18 years I loved my job but, hated living out of a hotel room. living out of a suitcase it was awful. 

"If their program was so good, so easy, to where they could work from home in their underwear, etc" why are they travelling around, living out of suitcases and hotel rooms pitching their system?". 

I’m curious to hear if you (and others like us) have a law suit case, really anyone that has a tax lien in motion at the moment. 

All guests bring is a suitcase and groceries, they don't need lots of space.

I do see some listings having fold-up suitcase racks instead as a compromise.
