Long story short...the cops were called and the man was arrested.

Protected class,  etc... are not given a pass when their past rental history reveals them as a risk to the new landlord because they didn't pay, destroyed property, evictions, unregistered persons living with them, arrest for criminal activity at their previous residence.

They get divorced they end up in jail they pass away they have to spend all their money bailing out their kid who got arrested they need money for Christmas and or their contractor stole all their money or did a crappy job all of this can lead to deals not performing..

If the cops started arresting kids left and right kids would just start going to a different beach town taking all the $ with them. 

So what we find out is he got arrested by possession of marijuana over one lbs.

I looked him up to find out he had an extensive arrest record.

I would ask her to call the cops next time she sees one, so they can arrest and prosecute the ghost for trespassing. 

Imagine if I’m renting you a home and if you’re one day late teh cops come NS arrest you and pay for the whole house to be cleaned and made ready to rent at your expense.

I told him he would be arrested for indecent exposure, and that he doesn't get to decide whether I can come to MY house, as stated in the lease and state law that is CITED in the lease that says they have to allow me entry and cooperate with me.

I myself have considered carrying a sign at one of those "free" seminars but I do not want to be arrested for "disturbing the peace".
