Ray,85% of prospects are uneventfully ordinary; 12 - 14% are unbelievable in the sense that they cannot get out of their own way and they end-up as fodder for threads like this.The last 1 - 3% are remarkable in the opposite sense - I had one fellow today who whose flight into town was delayed by the snow we received over night.
