Move to the new job and ditch the toxic past.

My wife is getting a bit irritated that I am still at the computer as we are going out to eat.

In total, the TARP expenditures (between banks, other institutions and toxic asset purchases) were just over $600B.Of that $600B, over $425B has already been recouped (repayments, dividends, interest, etc).So, you're numbers are RIDICULOUSLY off, and the idea of giving everyone $10K to fix the economy just doesn't make sense (at least not to me).

Without making this political, government over regulation is toxic.

Normally, nobody ever mentioned hearing tenants above them.Then, of course, came the tenant who ranted about how the guy above her deliberately stomped around to irritate her. 

And if you are looking into this just for the sake of saving the planet, 1. remember the solar industry is heavily subsidized, creating distortions in other areas, and 2. most of the solar brands manufacturing are not green at all, leaving behind a bunch of toxic byproducts + if you factor in the materials and energy consumed in the production of panels, they will never recover that during their useful lifetime. 

Hotels use white because they use a bleach that is SUPER strong (much more toxic than we can get on a residential level and have maids use). 

I found it irritating every time you join a real estate group, forum or meeting and there is the one person or people that want to know “when is the next recession happening?”
