This doesn't mean there is no crime, but the most serious my tenants have had is a trash bag full of aluminum cans stolen from their back yard, one break in to a vacant unit (nothing stolen), and neighborhood graffiti (one of my cities is pretty good at cleaning this up within 48 hours). - My tenants are (usually) not rich highly compensated individuals, as my properties are on the more affordable side.

The agent ended up in prison but that didn't help the insured who was now on the hook for a couple hundred thousand dollars in damages;2) fire was caused by an electrical short and not covered once the carrier found out there was aluminum wiring.

Also, see if you can find one that has double pane windows, better yet double paned vinyl framed instead of aluminum.
