Where I'm at currently I'm 24 years oldI make $27,000 a year working for Nova Community College I'm a W-2 employee.I've worked here for about 2 yearsI'm constantly learning new things about technology in robotics and in the stem fieldI consistently go to expose and events where I can hone my person-to-person skills.Where I would like to goGet a $25 an hour job as a 1099 employee / partner /GC for a real estate investor that has 30 rentals owned free and clear and running about 20 flips right now.Do I keep my W2 job in hopes that financing will come my way or do I put all my eggs in one basket with this real estate investor.

Recently I have been seeing a lot of traction on Real Estate software (REI Robot, deal finders etc.).

And you want to be like your hero MSOOTKAUG, and build an empire, then establish your self among the filthy and powerful while secretly building an army of robotic minions to take over this rotten planet?

So I work in developmental Robotics and I am just generically familiar with up-and-coming Technologies and whatnot.

If anyone remembers Cadillac's Commercial a few years back of the dancing robots people felt it was tone deaf because those robots put lots of people out of work. 

Naahh I was an eccentric, evil fancy NASA, IHMC and Italian Institute Of Technology, robotics scientist creating an army of humanoids, androids and exoskeletons to take over this rotten planed, enslave everyone and practice my maniacal cackle.Twas too easy.

I think that robotics and tech will continue to be a quality employer for the area.

Becoming an agent is a great idea & it may open you up to partnering with another agent or prospective flipper...One of our nieces did exactly that, graduated Eng Robotics but decided to get into REI, rentals & flipping.

I work full time for a robotics and electrification company.
