Basically, don't cheap out on trusses, keeping them to a max of 4' apart, no matter what the pole builder says.

Just make sure that whoever is doing it, if it’s on a subfloor that the trusses are strong enough to support the weight.

This does not seem right as I did not have to pay for these during the initial three months my property stood empty.

So that’s how I pushed through and stood up for myself, I can’t let anything between my dreams.
