You still have to follow fair housing, but you can prohibit parties, un-chaperoned students, weddings, etc.

It's a very popular area for weddings, with Bainbridge Island close by, Kiana Lodge (Poulsbo) and Port Gamble.

I've got ~30 hours after they vacate to sheetrock, tape & repaint my living room ceiling before a wedding party checks in!)

Convert the 2 run down barns to a 10 car garage/storage, and the other as a new “rustic” look barn for weddings and events.

I believe their board of 5 or 6 meet every Wed. to review deals/lending opportunities and can get you response fairly quickly as well.

I drove down last Wed and met w/my property manager who supports several investors in this area and confirmed rents he's getting.  

no communication from Anchor until I asked on Wed. what the status was.
