Since I am active duty Navy with a recruiting and personnel background, I decided to reach out to see if I could help out in some way.

There is an extreme shortage of labor as well which means that companies will be fighting for available manpower (slim pickings) or recruiting elsewhere creating even more demand for housing/space.

Person says they have a salary and work 40 hours a week as an employee, because that's what the recruiter told them, and it reflects on their paystubs.

Once licensed and insta-recruited by one of the dozens of brokerages that will spam you with glowing offers upon passing the exam, you'll bring your checkbook to your first day on the "job" and drive home about $2,000 poorer from all the required investments, fees, advances to transaction coordinators, MLS membership, etc. 

Then when you're able shift gears from any sort of "technician" IT and go into project management (which usually recruits its junior positions from out of the pool of software developers so that they'll know how to talk to the developers they manage). 

There will be continuous job recruitment from elsewhere since the available workforce is shrinking.  

The other company recruits traveling healthcare partners that will need Short-term housing.  

I’ve done a number of my own flips, helped with SO many others, I’m a 17-year contractor, a full time Air National Guard member with a 10 year Structures AFSC background, currently a recruiter for the ANG, i also have three years property management experience.  

Redfin's AA seemed like a good fit, but one of their in-house recruiters told me that they aren't hiring AAs in my market right now.

I know this sounds crazy but....the aggressive high training and recruitment brokerages will have ads on Craigslist trying to get you to work for them.
