My issue, went through a custody battle with baby momma and The state, I won. 55k later I'm in debt (credit card) up to my eyeballs and I'm struggling.  

I literally didn't know anything about houses or home ownership.I'm not saying these are the perfect ways to learn about real estate or investing, but it's certainly a great surrogate for those of us that didn't have access to mentors and were just generally poor. 

I'll go down to my county's surrogate's office and ask to "look at filings for probate cases in the last month."

Also- what if your surrogate manager makes a discriminatory comment or innuendo....plan on writing a check for $15/k.

By keeping the individual's name off the card, I can allow surrogates to use the cards as necessary (for example, when someone unaffiliated with our company is showing/working at a property and someone asks for contact information).
