The audacity of hope, that was not just some movie, it is a real life biography, of a man who was homeless and busted his butt far beyond what 99.9 of people would ever suffer< WHILE caring for his son, ALONE.

I don't think that indicates an upward trend ...There was supposed to be some sort of movie production operation coming to the building that was once the "Ports of the World" location - I don't think that ever came to be.

A girl waiting in a car for her boyfriend where the boyfriend decided to rob a store, movie type stuff, where she claimed she had no idea he was going to do that.

I am somewhat familiar with Niceville although it always reminds me of a title to a bad movie.

Then, believe it or not, most building inspectors are honest men/women that don't get paid off (that's in the movies) If you've done your due diligence on the contractor, and he/she passed that, more than likely they are professionals and aren't going to "brush off" the punch list, but want to do a good job to earn future business. 

You gotta have something that no other house has. indoor pool, huge garage, movie theater, tennis court, etc...

Not a lot of work in that field (tv & movies) in Dallas, but lots of commercials. 

Other than that I like to watch movies.

Everything from city of NLV, Clark county government buildings, the friggin DMV, a few casinos, the outlet malls, the university, the hospital, most hotels, and the movie theater. 

Just to give you an idea of how rural it is, the closest movie theater is about 2 hours away and theres no walmart.
