I don't think that indicates an upward trend ...There was supposed to be some sort of movie production operation coming to the building that was once the "Ports of the World" location - I don't think that ever came to be.

Then, believe it or not, most building inspectors are honest men/women that don't get paid off (that's in the movies) If you've done your due diligence on the contractor, and he/she passed that, more than likely they are professionals and aren't going to "brush off" the punch list, but want to do a good job to earn future business.

Just to give you an idea of how rural it is, the closest movie theater is about 2 hours away and theres no walmart.
