It is honestly very patronizing.

An unbiased recommendation from a peer that stands to gain nothing from your decision to patronize a company they've recommended is one thing.

At minimum, they should be able to provide you with an itemized list of expenses, including applicable fees.If they are treating you as patronizingly as you have described, I would sit them down and inform them that their unprofessional behavior and communication with you, the owner, are unacceptable.

Yes, a lot of moving parts, but it involved the community, who will then hopefully also patronize that business, since they have a personal stake in it. 

This might sound patronizing, but many people who live busy workaday lives don't have the savvy for more complex investments, or lack the resources.

Also, I would suggest not patronizing them about the deceased or that it has been in their family... they know you are trying to make money and they want to sell it as well.Hope this helps.Kyle

In my courts, unless you could prove fraudulent intent, there would be a condescending or patronizing statement from the judge to the plaintiff and their attorney.  

At $1200 rents, budgeting $340 a month for CAP EX, repairs is like a 25% factor.I don't mean to be patronizing, surely you have investigated these options, but will any of these work???
