Is it true that you can only do one time rollover from your SEP IRA into Solo 401K one time, whatever assets left in the Sep IRA have to stay there or can you make multiple rollovers?

I use Quest IRA but there are many providers.What was highly beneficial for me was that I got to rollover my 401k directly into my Self-Directed IRA so I didn't get slammed with any penalties.
