So on its face they would like the deal to work so they get a pay day but at the end of the day if it does not ... they just shrug their shoulders with an Oh Well and sorry poor seller that I tied up your home with no real ability to close etc etc.This type of behavoiur is probably one of the reasons the banks and other sellers are going to demand much higher EMD .. so in the end its the very people that do not have any funds or are not willing to put their own funds up that are creating this higher EMD environment and they are shooting them selves in the foot with unintended consiquences.

I use Chicago control thermostats, they don’t allow the heat that i am paying for to be set above 71 and they auto set back at the appropriate times... has saved me a fortune and I don’t have to pay for building WiFi or make a tenant feel like I am looking over there shoulder. - Very smart device.I use wired doorbells.
