Unless we're in a Jason Statham movie, I don't see this private rendition happening.

We'd use the envelope system to stay on budget (cash set aside in advance for extras, such as coffee, movies or eating out, because cash is harder to spend and once the envelope is empty, we were done).  

There is one site that I frequent that has spam all the time not just solicitations but porn spam,viagra and other drug spam and crap like that.

Also because of the diverse backgrounds and movies of investors, I wanted to show to my investors (middle aged, has a good job but wants to grow their savings, has kids, can't invest full-time) case studies done by people who they could possibly relate to.

When I'm looking for places to say, amenities are very important to me (pool, movie theater, game room) as well as the layout of the furnishings and how comfortable it appears.
