He starts asking about the crawlspace and how big it is, if there are outlets and lights down there etc... he reeked of marijuana and alcohol and also kept itching and wiping his nose. 

It sounds so unrealistic that it makes the Nigerian Prince scam seem like a reasonable scheme.Cheers I got someone contact me with a property they purchased through this company, address etcMy first thought was this investor paid through the nose for this propertyI have reads some posts on BP on this company....... what can I say...... buyer beware

Most of the times in my life where I have but my nose to the grindstone to figure it out by myself, I've gotten more discouraged and it's taken me 3x longer to accomplish my goals, if I even do accomplish them.

Use your nose, and do it yourself rather than trust an agent.

Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face...

Of course, working under someone else usually means that they will have their nose in your business and want a cut of the proceeds.

I wouldn't want an ear nose and throat doctor operating on my heart.
