I think as they are/we are going through adversity and gain small success, it comfort them/us in their/our vision and reinforce the mindset and the discipline.

I am currently looking for my first multifamily investment and your experience just reinforced for me that even though I am new to the world of real estate investing, there is no reason why I can't make this happen.

This thread has really reinforced the concept that I need to build more relationships in the RE world and the value that those personal relationships can have in significantly accelerating my growth. 

THAT capital will reinforce a pricing floor on "safe" assets with meaningful risk adjusted returns.

Just to reinforce, the problem is we are facing exponential growth.
