It depends on the OAT (Outdoor Air Temperature).

Oddly enough, the temperature swings can be almost 50 degrees from day to night.

It monitors anomalies in water usage, pressure, flow rate, and temperature.

Our soil is largely made of clay and our temperatures while mostly moderate have extreme cold and heat within shorter periods of time. 

Finance starts getting burned on these, it starts hitting a certain "temperature" level, I assure the criminal charges will start happening.

Just bought a new welder the other day and will start welding up new tomato cages this winter.

So I quit...that was my last job.I then started that "mobile detailing business thing" I thought of when I was welding and grinding on stuff in my parents garage 6 years prior. 

Additionally, you may want to learn a trade, like plumbing, welding, electrical, etc., and become an independent contractor.

I would strongly advise not going to college (especially if you already know what you'd like to do), or at least not in the traditional sense.I took as many classes in the trades (carpentry, automotive, welding, etc) as possible during high school.  

I would hate to have this result in requiring AC units that tenants won't use because they pay electric blocking the window and pushing the temperature over the limit.
