I was able to get a hold of one of the agents, henceforth referred to as Agent A, who, after some back and forth, succeeded in correcting the mistake, retroactively crediting my principal with what it would have been had Dominion taken my payments as instructed to begin with.After this, and without my consent, Dominion suddenly transferred my loan to another lender.

They should give you scanned copies of them on Box, but alternatively you could scan copies yourself.I believe the transfer of shares without your consent would be considered Misappropriation of Property.

Also, noticing how the real estate contracts are worded in certain states, it seems as if many states have a no assignment clause or I would have to get written consent from the seller prior to assigning the contract( at least when dealing with on market properties. )Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

After all, if someone was clinically handicapped and not able to understand and consent to terms of the legal agreement, then the agreement itself could be declared null and void in the court of law.
