I know for many of us real estate falls under that same ideology.

It almost seems like it's a wanna be progressive city, but can't quite reconcile it's conservative roots with liberal ideology.  

Does anyone have a script or ideology when it comes to this? 

There's also an ideological bent on the political NIMBY, 'don't tread on me' side that if taken to the extreme breeds incredible dysfunctional governance (or lack thereof).I view rental inspections in a well governed municipality as a good thing.

Great discussion however ladies Why not have the same ideology wen we are in line to paying for groceries or getting our driving licenses ?

I understand some methodology and ideology works for some and does not for others.

The answer you get depends on people's ideology.
