I am so happy that BP was able to take the hype out of my learning and made my expectations much more realistic.

We have no doubts as a resident and real estate investor that this is media hype that will disappear as soon as the next big thing happens and that the bill, even as written will not affect anyone, especially the citizens and the places they do business in.

I almost bought in to the guru hype of a certain unnamed company that shall remain nameless where they wanted a crap ton of money and likely would not have taught anything remotely resembling the helpful information found on this website. 

There’s so much hype about Micron that folks are willing to pay for potential- don’t do that!!

It kills me when people overspend on hyped products.

My advice is follow the formula and always have a set purchase amount ceiling, never go over it and never get sucked into the hype and continue to bid.

You need to get hyped by this.

All carrot, no stick.The 38% delinquency I reported from Upstate NY landlords were not published data from over-hyping media, it was based on surveys that member landlords filled out and the results were reported back to the group.If there is a similar survey in June, I will convey those results, too. 

You appear to be seduced by the hype surrounding cost segregation.
