Medical is not being reduced anytime especially with the new Dell Med Center and the Med school there at UT.

There are lots of different neighborhoods within relatively short distance to the med center.

Now North Oak Park (Med Center) is very desirable. 

I get a request here and there for my air bnb from traveling nurses who are willing to pay much more than what is typical since they are on shorter leases, and the property is about 15 minutes away from the med center.

But our particular focus is near the Med Center area, for the reason of Job Growth and almost recession proof economy centered around Aging populations needing more health care.Houston is adding 30,000+ jobs to the Med Center over the next 3 years so any type of investing ahead of that job growth is expected to be positive in the longer term.Do you invest in Houston?

Also by UC Davis med center.

I figured they would be down south of the medcenter or around EADO or Indy Heights or some of the places that we discuss quite a lot here on the forums....
