Between DSCR, bridge loans, and refinances, investors today have several tools to build momentum and scale portfolios.From a lender’s perspective, which products do you see clients using most effectively to grow faster?

My strengths include business development, CRM and sales optimization, marketing operations, and leading teams through complex, high-stakes environments.

We use go high level as our CRM and you can build out agents with them.

For example: pull tired landlord data, skip trace, cold call / text, follow up and use a CRM to stay organized.

It is a lot more involved than what meets the eye - dynamic pricing (or at the minimum keeping up with competitors pricing), discounts, CRM, contracts, website, SEO and that doesn't even get into the building itself. 

What skiptracing tool or service has been the most effective for you in terms of accuracy, ROI, and overall productivity?
