I Used Chat GPT to provide a list of Free direct bookings sites.My question to you is have you used any of the free sites, some (like Zeevou) I have never heard of.I just want something to direct family and friends and any advertising I do where they can direct book.

For the most cashflow, you should go straight to a padsplit on a single family, or a househack where you can force appreciation with a remodel.
