.- STR, this is hospitality which requires a very different skillset - Wholesaling requires a lot of time handling call to find distress property .All works but it will depend on many factors.Denison and Sherman have an expected grow in the coming year, and it is a great area though you have to be conscience about the drive from Plano in any of the strategies me ruined you have to spend time in the area.Hope this helps.
