I'm in a Co-Investing Club, where members with different experiences and skill sets come together to help analyze deals, evaluate markets, and navigate out-of-state purchases.

It's a lot at first but once you've mastered underwriting deals or are at least proficient, it is a lifetime skill.

I think the fastest way to scale is by buying value add rentals with the BRRRR strategy but you have to be skilled at finding and negotiating really good deals, managing rehabs etc. whereas some people are happy just doing private lending at 10-12% interest I don't sell anything.....

You have experience and skills in developing new structures.
