I feel like many of the people I have used in the past just don't really grasp all the benifits of our profession.

It’s normal to feel the weight of it, especially as the finish line approaches.

But now I feel like I'm just looking at numbers and solely going by my realtor's word, as I don't know how to analze a deal, or market.

You can also start getting a feel for your local market now by watching listings and practicing deal analysis.

Much of the real work is quiet, unseen, and unromantic… And some days it feels like you’re carrying the entire mission alone...

I want to get skin in the game and have feelings of FOMO waiting, but at the same time it feels like I could be rushing into a headache all at once.

would be interested in the raw data, I have a feeling even if its double digit yoy growth for home sales, then its still likely under what we had in 2019 meaning its still going to be a tight market.
