I will upgrade to QBO in the future for my Businesses, due to my knowledge of it, then one day I may have more industry specific Bookkeeping Software for Real Estate but we will see.

We've found it has superior reporting features and integration features, and is overall more efficient to work with than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so that takes a bit of customization.
