Please tell me this is a legitimate lender.

All legitimate lenders perform some form of underwriting to verify your ability to repay a loan.Do not succumb to pressure: Do not let a lender or broker pressure you into making a decision quickly.

There are smaller deposits up front, which enable buyers to keep more of their cash but we are limited by reserves for all of our houses & DTI.  

That's the majority of clients we have on biggerpockets for ourfeatured agents.the term investor gets thrown around a lot of circles but we haveto be specific now more than ever.because some agents hear investor and think "oh gosh, wholesaler"but on biggerpockets we mean "oh wow, legitimate."
