It is best not to get in the way of parasites and their herders The best thing to do is not allow them to prey on you.

These effing parasites really know how to work the system.

At that level of court, you aren't getting the best qualified judges, and sometimes they follow their own law instead of what is in the law books.Whatever happens, wait patiently for your first legal opportunity to get rid of your parasite tenant.

There are a lot of parasites out there.Second...you have a good idea of what you're doing.  

A blessing in disguise there.I would get the tenant to resume paying rent to her and resume mortgage payments till she can get this parasite off the deed.  

What has been your recipe for defeating the inner Parasite that says you aren't good enough, experienced enough, smart enough?  

There is nothing sustainable about it and there is no value created for the society, in fact it's a parasitic behaviour. 

@Scott Mac The French know more about Malaria than anyone on the planet.

It's hysteria and sadly people are buying into it.By the way, the malaria drug chloroquine effectively stops coronavirus in it's tacks and supplies are being provided to hospitals for the the very few people that actually become seriously ill.Two thirds of the people infected are not even aware.

I don't imagine the parents have any more control over this parasite?
