In 5 years I can get enumeration if by some miracle I retire early. 15 years plus per my contract gets you paid out sick days up to x amount.

This is actually in a hilly area, but you still need to do Flood plain analysis. 

I live in a traditional Chinese household and it is common for their kids to stay with them for the rest of their lives, especially when my father is getting old and he's incredibly sick.

And then there's the issue that so many of the available properties require drives that make most flat-landers nervous, or worse sick. 

When they hear of this hack, that heist, this exploit etc. it scares them plain n simple.
