If you read that as "SubTo IS Mortgage Fraud" go back to your 4th grade teacher and apologize for not listening in class about sentence structure.Subject To is legal, when done legally.The problem comes in when you fill out lending or tax forms and you omit information.

I have also been reading books and forums on real estate investing and decided that I should invest in rental properties near military bases since military personnel have BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing) and stable job and would make great tenants.

It's podcasts all day at work, reading or on BP on my lunch hour, and a few you tube videos before bed.  

We're also connected with a lot of credible/stable small business owners to take immediate leases if there is a fit.BP has been such a resource for learning, now I'm reading to start.
