During inspection we found mold, a roof that needed full replacement, and electrical issues.

Many clients hold back out of concern that questioning a service providers approach may seem disrespectful, but thoughtful inquiry is a critical component of diligence and personal education/growth.

I’d lean toward waiting until the windows are fully replaced.

Currently, there are no requirement in Michigan or Detroit to replace lead pipes. 

It's painful to see a house that was renovated and rented, to then be torn up by jackhammering through the slab in multiple places so that the sewer lines could be replaced.

There are 2 components that dictate breakeven or better: value add and/or creative rental strategies.   

I'd rather it be gone than be a cheap replacement.  

I'm tired of asking them for corrections and want to find a replacement.
