I'll be holding on to a dozen surfboards, surfings my true passion.

People are always happy, kids are riding bikes with surfboards attached, playing with their friends on the beach, it is something that makes me feel alive inside.  

I can have the greatest ad for selling snowblowers and surfboards on the planet, but if I am marketing snowblowers to people in Sand Diego and Surf boards to people in Lincoln Nebraska it does not matter.

We rent bikes and surfboards at our beach locations and sell cold drinks in our fridges.

Do you include any perks with your rentals (bikes, surf boards, tickets?)

We have a 2man kayak, stand up paddle board, and some surf boards, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids that you guys can borrow anytime you want.

No pool, so added other unique and fun things in the yard - large screened porch with dining table and lounge area, Gazebo, lawn games, putting green, outdoor shower made out of an old surfboard.

My dream property is a property I own in Costa Rica, which is a 2 bed/1 bath on 13,000 square feet of land within 60 seconds walk to a surfing beach, in a small beach town of 500 people, located 25 minutes drive from a larger beach down.I plan on building a surf shed to house surf boards, a large swimming pool, a bbq area, fruit trees throughout the property, install a streem with a small waterfall and fish, then tear down the existing house a couple years down the road and put in a 5 bed/6 bath house, use it for myself every 90 days, going there with family and friends, the rest of the time rent it out short term rental.   

Could you do a mountaineering theme, or surfboard, or cactus?
