Google AdWords and Bing Ads are your best bets if you have a budget.

A website requires SEO work if you're going to rank over time, and something like AdWords to perform short term results, but the leads that you'll get in are totally worth the time and effort. 

I use direct mail, Google Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, Craigslist, Bandit signs, and door knocking neighborhoods.

Since the typical value of a real-estate conversion is high, it makes it a good candidate for AdWords as well. 

I am using Facebook ads and Google AdWords to market for motivated sellers.

Some will come from Facebook, some will come from google adwords, some will come from your mail, and some will come from word of mouth.
